Cancellation and Changes in order instruction
Cancellation is only accepted before payment is made.
Any changes in the order can only be made before 15:00 ONE day before the scheduled delivery date.
Delivery in Jakarta
Delivery is available Mon-Fri 10:00-17:00, Sat 08:00-12:00. Free delivery to one location for every purchase above Rp 500.000. For Grandeur cake series, hampers and gift sets different charges apply as it requires special handling/delivery.
Delivery outside Jakarta
Please note that delivery outside Jakarta is limited to “baked” goods with a minimum purchase of two products.
Delivery cost varies according to size/weight and destination.
We outsource to Tiki for shipment to local cities in Indonesia.
We only use “Express delivery” to ensure our product is still in good condition upon receipt.
Delivery duration is around 3-4 working days after order is processed.
* Please note that we outsource our courier to Tiki therefore we are not liable for any delay on goods receipt, quality of our products upon receipt or losses caused by third party shipping company or affiliates. NO refund/exchange policy on these unfortunate cases.
*Please note that Delivery to remote areas or during holiday seasons may take longer than anticipated.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a message from our customer service with your Air Way Bill number, to track the delivery status on tiki.id
All our products have a shelf life of 2-3 weeks.
*Please note that depending on processing time of the shipment, product received might have less than 1 week of expiry date.
No refund / replacement policy
Please note that once product has been placed for shipment, no refund and no exchange is allowed.
